We're here to make your return process hassle-free and ensure your satisfaction. At Groovy Peacock, we offer free exchanges or returns for all U.S orders with no questions asked. Our goal is to keep you happy without any unnecessary hassle.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:
- The item must be returned within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of receiving your item.
- The item should be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and components still intact.
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at support@groovypeacock.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without prior approval.
For any issues regarding damages, defects, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
If you wish to make an exchange, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Regarding refunds, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you if the refund request complies with our refund policies. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
